Saivism
1. Saiva system is based on worshipping
Siva as principal deity as Siva Lingam. Siva Lingam is a non anthropomorphic
icon representing Siva. It dates back to Neolithic period and has had a
continuous evolution as a traditional spiritual symbol western ideology as often
overplayed it as a phallic symbol. The world Linga itself means only a symbol (etymologically
related to lingua and hence language) most probably it had its origin in
symbolic representation of cosmic axis represented in Vedic rituals as pillar. Whatever
exists in the universe mere reflection in the orb of the self? Luminous and
self reflecting universally consciousness
2. In South India it had evaluated into a
huge system of philosophy devotion, art and sculpture. The core canon of Saiva
Siddhanta in the 12th volume compilation of saivite mysitcs and poet devotees.
It has connection with Kashmiri saivism
3.
Kashmiri Shivam:-
Kashmiri Shivam is called Trika philosophy ie Three science of man and his
world and show how an individual rises to the state of universal through energy.
It contains the science of individual the energy and universal consequences. Trika
Saivam is a study of Supremacy of consciousness. It offers
1. Prati bunba Vada - Theory of
reflection
2. Alphabet Matrika chakra - Theory of
speech (vak)
it deals with high meta physical concepts
of the ultimate reality the freedom of will the manifestation of the universe. The
bondage of individual and his final emancipation from the same. Common core believed
to exist behind all varieties of religion process of the world. The ultimate
reality is not only universal consciousness but universal psychic energy or power - Paraina Siva. Siva
tattwa is his initial creative movement and Shakti tattwa is the energy of
Shiva.
While Sankhya system have 25 tattwas
stating 1 matter 2 consciousness making of the universe. Kashmiri Saivam
divides 36 tattwas into three parts 1 The pure 2. The pure- impure 3 The impure
tattwa.
1 The pure tattva related to consciousness
in its Pristinet
2 The pure - impure tattva relates to the
world of multi reflection
3 the impure tattva relate to the
experience of duality
4 Trika Saivism does not regard Purusha of
the sankhya system as a realised soul, but connects with subjectively just as
ahamkara (ego) is connected with objectively.
5 Abhinava Gupta classified the Trika
philosophy into 4 systems
1 Krama
2 Spanda
3 Kauila
4 Pratybijnya
6 krana
system:- Krana system deals with space and time. Actually there is no space. The
space appears only when we deal with forms. When one is established in formless
state of being for him. There is no space when there is something to be done
then only existence of time shine and when you have nothing to do then the time
has no existence.
7 Spanda
system:- it is that movement which actually is no movement Spanda makes us
realise that whatever is in the movement actually is established in unmoved point
although everything seems moving actually it is not moving at all .
8 Kaula
system:- it is a science of totality. Each and every part of the universe
totally shines throughout. A small part of an object is that part on will see
the universal energy existing.
9 Patyabhijnya system:- it deals with the school of
recognition. At the time of God realisation nothing new is realised on the contrary
the yogi feels that this state of God and unconsciousness which he was
experiencing was already known to him. In this school of recognition, the state
of God consciousness is already there
12.Shaiva
siddanta:
Shaiva siddhanta is said to be mainly a South
Indian as well as Sri Lanka based Shiva worshipping spiritual tradition. It has
connection with the 10th century Kashmiri saivism in South India it has evolved
into a huge system of philosophy, devotion, art and sculpture. The core common Shaiva
Siddhanta in the 12th volume compilation
of saivite mystics, poets and
devotees. Shaiva Siddhanta has been particularly marked for appropriation by
Christian missionaries who along with Dravidianists try to project it as indigenous and unrelated to rest of Pan Indian Hindu
spirituality
13 Shiva Linga:-
A non anthropomorphic icon representing
Shiva. It dates back to Neolythic period and has had a continuous evolution as
a spiritual symbol in Hinduism in India. Western indology has often overplayed.
It has a phallic symbol. The word Linga itself means only a symbol (etmologically
related to linga and hence language) most probably it had its origin in
symbolic representation of cosmic axis represented in Vedic fire rituals as a
pillar.
In this universe you have to see and
realise the kingdom of God consciousness only everywhere and nothing else
10 Abhinav
Gupta is also created with possession of eight Yogi powers (Asta siddis) explained in the Sastras.

11. There
was unity and harmony in human personality is ancient days in certain
individuals of a very high type with spiritual development. Metaphysical
theories deal not with the ever changing stuff of life but with the permanent
reality behind it conceived by the human mind. Its influence spread and effect
the general philosophy of life of people moulding their outlook and in
developing a distinction altitude of mind like Shavia philosophy.
According to visistadwanita
